The Nanomagnetism and Spintronics Group @ NJU

test
Welcome to The Nanomagnetism and Spintronics Group research lab.
We focuses on experimental studies of magnetic nano-oscillator, spin wave excitation, and spin-transport phenomena in new functional materials and hybrid nanoscale structures such as MTJ, spin valve, spin Hall effect, SC/FM et al.

Currently research topics include:

  1. Spin current generation (Spin Hall and Rashba effects) in strong spin-orbit coupling materials
  2. Magnetic nano-oscillator and spin wave excitation by pure spin current
  3. Nontrivial magnetic texture (magnetic Vortex, Skyrmion, Meron) in magnetic thin films
  4. Electric-field control of ferromagnetism
  5. Spin transport in ferromagnetic and ferroelectric tunnel junctions
  6. Super-spintronics in superconductor and ferromagnet hybrid structures
