Welcome to The Nanomagnetism and Spintronics Group research lab.
We focuses on experimental studies of magnetic nano-oscillator, spin wave excitation, and spin-transport phenomena in new functional materials and hybrid nanoscale structures such as MTJ, spin valve, spin Hall effect, SC/FM et al.
We focuses on experimental studies of magnetic nano-oscillator, spin wave excitation, and spin-transport phenomena in new functional materials and hybrid nanoscale structures such as MTJ, spin valve, spin Hall effect, SC/FM et al.
Currently research topics include:
- Spin current generation (Spin Hall and Rashba effects) in strong spin-orbit coupling materials
- Magnetic nano-oscillator and spin wave excitation by pure spin current
- Nontrivial magnetic texture (magnetic Vortex, Skyrmion, Meron) in magnetic thin films
- Electric-field control of ferromagnetism
- Spin transport in ferromagnetic and ferroelectric tunnel junctions
- Super-spintronics in superconductor and ferromagnet hybrid structures
